Received fantastic service and was quite pleased with the product. Highly recommend this location, and the staff was both friendly and efficient.
There were 2 salespeople and 3 customers. No one greeted the customers. One of the salespeople was dusting and rearranging phone cases. I stood there for 5 minutes. Nothing. I went to the duster and said can you help me? He said no, that he was busy!! I said that is horrible customer service. He said too bad. Its clear why the ratings for this outfit are so poor. I would never do business with them and you can be assured word of mouth is the best form of advertising. Big FAIL!
