Great staff, helpful. Would get 5 stars if the location had a bit more space/product in house. Decent parking, easy on and off from highway, close proximity to Mall.
Extremely genuine, and helpful staff. A gentleman, whom I am assuming was the manager, went above and beyond to assist me. They were sold out of an item I wanted, and he went into a drawer at his desk to get a spare one for me. Free of charge. Thank you so much to all the staff at the Danbury store.
I've purchased 3 guitars from here and the latest 2 purchases were a nightmare in customer experience and service. They had the guitar shipped to the store and had the amp in stock but wouldn't give it to us since we ordered the amp online and it hadn't arrived yet. When the amp did arrive they didn't give us the cables that were part of the bundle. Wasted 3 hours in driving to this place. Completely inflexible customer experience
Alex, Tommy, and Mackenzie are literally the best. They are all truly passionate about music, and not there to just there to sell you stuff. They want to make sure that what you are getting is what you need... And also want. Alex is a badass tech from another plane of existence.
Guitar Center is pretty cool. I can kind of play guitar and piano and I also sometimes make music with FL Studio so it's really fun to come in and play around with all the really fancy things. You're welcome to take the guitars off the rack and play, same with the other demo products they have out. Their staff always is happy to assist or just talk about something musical.
