Always too crowded. A good selection of product but usually a mob scene. I don't like going to malls.
I think he said his name was Kyle, great guy. He was efficient, patient, and knowledgeable. Got my transaction taken care of. He was thorough and explained everything.
I believe it would be more helpful if you didnt need to make an appointment to have someone look at a new device such as an iphone x that has nothing but problems. Calling the store number that is listed is a joke because you get a general customer service representative and not the actual store. Thats a little deceitful and sneaky. Then, turning away the same customer to get the problem resolved is poor customer service. I feel like Apple took my money very easily but once the purchase was over and I went back about a problem they could careless. I am definitely thinking twice before I make any further purchases from Apple.
Do not ever go this store, they do not honor what they say, worst customer service. Store manager does not even apologize for the mistake they made and didn't help at all. They are definitely destroying apple's good customer and left a very very bad experience specially when they openly do not keep their words, are unhelpful and after going through complete order process including credit check. Worst store to visit
Big, beautiful, clean new store with the full range of Apple products to test out, and their on-site repair center is impressive. Dropped off my iPhone 7 Plus to have the screen replaced, and it was ready within 45 minutes. I know they also do battery replacements there, too.Helpful, friendly staff and super efficient, as always.
