If you are like and dont want to save your money and this is your best option make sure you pay cash. I paid my month over the phone with this hugh at the store. He had trouble with the card number but went through after the 3rd time later tonight i found out i was double charged on my account. I told arlene about it, she said she would need to see a statement before she could give me any information about getting my money back. I got the statement and faxed it to them. They called me back and said it was only charged once so there is nothing they can do. Now i have to get up early on my day off to go to the bank to fix their mistake. Besides this ive had no problems with them.
