Professional services paired with excellent specifications of the products are the best environment for computer related services! All my questions were answered over and over until I could grasp the concepts! All what I wanted to see and put my hand on were available on the floor and they helped me with the customization as far as I needed to get! I needed help to load everything to my car@ and they have even helped me with that! This was a great experience! Thank you!
We have purchased a laptop here, it came with a pen, which happened to be defective. When we went back to the store, two of the employees - young man and a lady (I wish I remembered their names) were super friendly and helpful. They replaced the pen and delivered a top notch customer service!
Great place to experience all of the latest and greatest offerings from Microsoft. Great family spot in the mall. The staff are fun and engaging with kids and the store is clean and organized. They also host a ton of free events. Can't wait for my next visit.
