Top notch customer service!!! They truly go above and beyond and will only shop here for my appliances and electronics. Every time I stop in it gets better and better if that is even possible! I stopped in today and worked with Charles. He sold me a washing machine and made me feel confident in my decision, was extremely knowledgeable and made my night! I almost always go to PC Richards for electronics, but this particular store is great. Very helpful, and not pushy staff.
