The absolute WORST experience I have ever had with any service department....DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE FOR SERVICE HERE!My car was brought in by our mechanic to program a the computer in my car in November 2018. We kept in touch with our mechanic askinb for updates, as we were infomed that the service department was not to be in contact with us directly.Fast forward to today- it has been almost 3 months and the work still has not been completed! A job that many mechanics have explained takes no more than 3 hours has taken 3 months. We've been given a ton of excuses (lack of communication by our mechanic, a family emergency that stalled the work for over a month, no clarity on how they were being paid, unauthorized repairs- all of which has been cleared weeks ago) and to top it all off- no loaner!!! We visited asking yet again for a loaner (you'd think after months without a car they'd understand), and were met with the typical "there's nothing we can do". We were asked to wait, then offered a service van that was typically used for parts. While I almost jumped on it, we were told their role in the repairs with be done in a few days, and chose to stick it out the 2 days. The woman helping us seemed sympathetic, and was very professional. And here we are, a week later and no closer to a resolution. Not a second thought has been given to how frustrating it has been to be without a car for months for a problem that should have taken but a few hours to complete. If you have no issue going months without your vehicle, with no communication as to why, this is the perfect place for you.
I figured it was time to write a review after purchasing our third vehicle from Danbury Jeep. John Martorano is awesome! He's always been able to get us the car we want and make it work with our budget. It always feels like were buying a car from a friend, not a traditional dealership. With John, youre always in good hands.

I have been in the Chrysler & Dodge family for quite sometime and will continue at Danbury, The staff here are great group of people from sales to service , professional courteous and not afraid to extend themselves no matter what your concerns may be they will try to resolve them , that has been my experience with purchasing a vehicle or when I am in for service.
The service person was extremely nice and helpful! I went in for an oil change and emergency brake fix, but they put air in my tires, topped off fluids etc. The price was very reasonable! Totally happy with my experience there and will be bringing my Jeep there for all future servicing.
Very satisfied with the service I received. Customer service rep was very polite. Called to keep me informed on the progress of the repairs. Repairs completed in a timely manner. No complaints, will use their service dept. in the future.
