Everything good so far.Here is an update of my initial review: I really love the Golf Wagon I purchased! I have used it for car camping 8 times in 2018. Holds everything I need for a week or two of tent camping. Just had the oil changed after 6 months of ownership at a dealer in Bergen County where I live. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.
I requested a test drive on a 2015 VW GTI and right away received a time and date at my convenience. I met with Daniel and he was very polite and very courteous. He gave us a nice tour of the vehicle and allowed a good test drive. When we got back inside it was time to talk price, which was a little out of our range. He managed to knock off $1000 which really helped. We ended up not buying the vehicle right away to shop around. He was never pushy or tried to suggest anything that I didnt fully agree with. After almost two weeks of torture, I called the dealership and spoke to Dan who was very eager to meet with us that same day. We talked finances and he was extremely helpful. After the purchase, he said it will be ready in 3 days for a 200(?) point inspection and they wanted to detail it for me - not necessary but I was extremely impressed! The day came to pick up the car, again Daniel showed it to us, taught me all the ins and outs of the radio controls, etc. even gave me extra cables for the carWhen it came to managing the loans and seeking out warrantys, Dexter the business manager was more than helpful. He was patient, nice, and was willing to explain in detail until I understood everything. He thoroughly went over all my options, gave me his own opinion and what he did with my car, and did all that he could to find a deal that was perfect for me. Never pushy, never annoyed, just overall so helpful. Ive never experienced a car buying process so extensive, detailed, and while also being pleasurable. I never felt pressured by Daniel or Dexter, and they went above and beyond for my satisfaction. I will definitely continue business with them.
Absolute model of a perfect dealership experience. Did the deal sight-unseen, including two trades, and it couldn't have been easier. Bryan LeBlanc, Dexter John and the rest of the Weeks sales team were total pros. Total time from arrival to driving back home, maybe an hour. Will definitely refer friends and family here. Very excited about my new purchase! I am loving my A3 from Weeks. I inquired online and was called just minutes later. Bryan found me my dream ride! He was very helpful and courteous, even spending a few nights past close to assist me and my annoying family. Rather than pushing me into whatever was in stock Bryan told me to hold off and he will find me the one I really want. Just a couple days later my stars aligned. :) He found me the perfect car, with the color options and features I really wanted. Dexter in finance was also very accommodating and helpful. He worked with me to find a lender and a number I was comfortable paying. Overall great experience at Weeks. Nice showroom, convenient location, and wonderful staff!
I was in the market for a used car for a few months and engaged with a handful of dealers either through a test drive or talking on the phone. In general, I found them to be better than I remembered last time I bought a car. Still, Weeks was really exceptional. Very human and informative and transparent about things. And then really helpful with the transaction and registration etc. Stephen Mortati was my contact and he was really terrific. I got a fair deal and feel really good about the purchase (about two weeks ago).
