Everyone at Ingersoll took care of me in what I found to be an extremely stressful situation. Not only did they take care of me - towing my broken car, fixing it, billing over the phone, and dropping it back off to me - but also treated me so kindly and really helped me stay calm when I was upset about the car malfunction. They checked and did all they could using my insurance and warranty to pay the least out of pocket as well, something that saved me a lot of time and stress. I would highly recommend Ingersoll to family and friends. Special thanks to Todd, Dawn, Randy (& son) and the gentleman who towed me!

Always great service here. The people are curteous, helpful and friendly. They have an excellent waiting area and nice loaner vehicles if you need them. I'll buy another GMC just so I can use the service department.

I live in Kingston, NY and I drive an hour and 45 minutes for service at Ingersoll Auto of Danbury. That right there tells you how great the Service Dept. is From calling to make an appt. or speaking with the Parts Dept. I am greeted warmly and given clear and concise information. The moment I arrive and drive into the service area there is an attendant right there to get me started. The Service Advisor's I have dealt with are so very knowledgeable and let me know exactly what I should expect. They give me an approximate time and make it clear what is going to be done. Then they walk me to the Waiting area which is more like a cafe. There is always fresh coffee with real ceramic coffee mugs or bottled water! Most days there are complimentary donuts or cookies. And there is also a vending machine if you prefer a snack. If you are lucky enough to be there on a Saturday you might even get free pizza!!! And to top it off...you get a free car wash!!! I am loyal to Ingersoll Auto of Danbury because their employees are loyal to me!
