Great service. I made my appointment on the computer. They had an opening for Thursday of that week. I went in Thursday morning and they promptly took my car in. I had a cup coffee in the waiting area and at 10:30 am they called me and said my car was ready. Everything you want from a dealer, Quality, Service and Price. I give the team an A1 rating !!!
This is a very up and down review. I will start with the good, or should I say excellent. Our salesperson Carlos was absolutely the best car salesperson I've ever dealt with. I cannot say enough about him, from start to finish he went above and beyond what anyone should expect from a salesperson. His work was greatly appreciated. Here comes the not so good. We bought a 3 year old Hyundai Tuscon from this facility and within a few weeks the car started running horribly and ended up needing a new oil pump and catalytic converter. One would think the service department, of a well thought of dealer such as Hyundai, would remedy the problem before selling the vehicle. Ultimately they made good on the car and repaired the oil pump and catalytic converter free of charge, which we are very grateful for. However that is not before they gave me the run around for almost a week with this car. For the first 3-4 days after dropping the car off, I would call and check on the status of the car just to find out that they had no idea the car was even there. There was a total lack of communication in the service department. They also are terrible about returning calls if you have a question for them. After all of this, I'm not 100% confident that this car is not burning oil, hopefully they will continue to make good on the warrantee and provide an oil consumption test. We're still waiting on a return phone call in regards to that. All in all, I would highly recommend Carlos as a salesperson there, but would advise to stay away from the service department if possible.
This service was our first visit since buying the car. Everybody is courteous waiting area was nice and clean. Service was quick we were in and out in about 90 mins Will not have any problems with dealer ship I will feel comfortable recommending dealership
