Buying a used car from them was easy. Great salesman (Dean), easy negotiations, etc., but when it came to selling the car a few years later (since I was moving out of state and didnt need a car where I was going) I discovered the car had a open lien on it. The lien wasnt mine as I paid for the car outright when I bought it. I called the dealership and they basically told me to pound sand. I had to call the bank (from the previous lien holder) and work out a resolution with them. Technically NOT my responsibility, but I couldnt sell the car to anyone without the issue being cleared up. Extra aggravation I didnt need right before my cross-country move.

Although I didnt end up buying a car from them (just didnt work out on my end) Brett Boockvor was a attentive and an excellent person to work with. After dealing with a local dealer that I was not happy with Brett tried everything possible to get me a car. Next time Im definitely calling Brett!
