No complaints. Service is very good. My Ford Taurus has been serviced at Colonial Ford since 2015 and I've had no issues with the service or the car. It's a great vehicle. I purchased the car from Colonial and I love that I get free oil changes :). The Service staff are wonderful and I appreciate the waiting lounge room.

When I ordered the new part (ceiling handle) from Rich in Parts, I also inquired about the installation cost, or if it was included. Rich did not know. My part arrived the next day! So I dropped by Colonial Ford at lunchtime, to inquire about the above and to make an installation appointment. I was informed that the Service Dept. was backed-up and couldn't schedule an appt. for 3 weeks. However, the lovely receptionist suggested that I wait 10-15 min. until a Service Staff Member returned from lunch and might be able to fit my installation in before he continued on his morning assignment. Fifteen minutes later the, Receptionist returned to inform me that my installation was underway and 10 min. later she returned with my keys and said "no additional charge".We bought my Ford Escape from Colonial Ford in 2013. I appreciate all the above courtesies that were extended to me. When I am ready to purchase our next Ford, we will be returning to Colonial Ford--they are the Best!!!!
We typically use Colonial Ford to service my Edge. Always had great service (five star) until this last visit. I wanted an oil change. The service department told me it would take three weeks for an appointment! Then I had a death in the family. I called to reschedule and was told it would be another three weeks after the funeral. My wife took the car in and also asked to have a tire checked (bought replacement tires at Ford) for a slow leak. My wife waited two hours for the car. Not only did they fail to put a sticker on the windshield on when to return for another oil change, the service department told my wife they didn't see a leak but they usually don't know how to repair tires. Amazing. I can only guess they don't want me to come back.
