I go out of my way to use Danbury Audi Service. I could easily go to several closer dealers since I live in Stamford, CT and work in Westchester, NY. The reason is simple. They offer fair, reliable and friendly service always. They serviced my 2007 A4 Cabriolet until I replaced it with my 2011 A5 Cabriolet. I recently purchased a 2018 Allroad for my wife. We had a BMW 3 Series Wagon that we liked but could not find a BMW Service Center that could hold a candle to Audi Danbury Service. From the moment of drop off to the time you pick up my Audi it is seamless. I usually work with Gabe who is excellent. When he is unavailable the rest of the Service Team does a great job. I highly recommend.
I thought I'd bring some business to my local Audi dealer, but learned never to buy parts from Audi of Danbury. They overprice their parts - while most dealers provide a discount off list (up to 15% I've found), Audi of Danbury charges anywhere from 10-50% over list price. When I raised this to the parts manager, they just said "our prices are competitive", and the dealership owner didn't even bother to respond to me. I'll never shop there for parts again, nor buy a car from them when it's time for a new one. It's no wonder online stores are winning.Update: 01/11/19 I tried to contact Audi three separate times at the email they suggested, and not a single response. So much for standing behind their excellent customer ratings.
I cant say enough about the exemplary service at Audi Danbury, specifically with Nate. After fighting with a warranty company to try and get a repair covered Nate went above and Beyond to take care of my family. He was able to rectify a situation that I was sure couldnt be done. He stepped up in a big way and I am truly appreciative. To the Bosses at Audi Danbury. Nate is a true professional, a pillar of honesty, integrity and reliability. Great Job Nate!! You have made a customer for life.
Purchased a new Q5 from Danbury Audi and the experience was smooth and effortless. Sat with Joe Miller, discussed what I was looking for and fortunately they had a similar vehicle on the lot. Negotiated a price and options within a couple of minutes with no drama. Completed the paper work with Jeff Regensburger in the same manner as with with Joe, and drove my new car home. It was truly a pleasure to deal with the professionalism of both Joe and Jeff, the management of Danbury Audi and of course the awesome coffee machine in the sales area.
This was my first routine service at Danbury Audi and it was a great customer service experience. The service manager Nate, and staff in general, were very friendly and knowledgeable. I hope that this continues on all future service appointments.
