Honestly they are amazing always busy but worth the wait they actually detail and clean your car to a T!!!! I moved and drive down here just to get my ca done
Got a car wash here once and they did a phenomenal job. Got another today and totally different. The antenna was not put back on my car, there are still tons of dust and crumbs in the car, stains on the dashboard, parts of the glass are still dirty and the rest of the glass has streaks all over it... they also did not put the trunk tray back in nor did they even shut the trunk. Not entirely sure what I paid for. Only reason Im giving more than one star is because the first time was great.
It would be a mistake to come to this place. The way they detail your car is wrong. They kept my car running with the heat blasting for hours to try and dry it, after soaking it, without getting the stains out and with my car still being soaking wet. Does that make sense? No. Save yourself some money & time and find another car wash and/or detailer to go to.
I highly recommend this car wash! Following an unfortunate event involving my young child and car sickness - I'll spare you the details - I called 5 different car washes in the area to see who could help me out. The first 4 denied me, but Sparklez came through! They were kind and helpful, and charged me only for the area that needed shampooing, rather than the entire car. The quality of work was amazing. Somehow, afterward, my car looked and smelled brand new. Thank you again to all your staff that helped yesterday!
I only wash my car here. Great wash finish. Customer friendly. They are very detailed about interior clean. Always pleased after taking my car hear.
