Good, fast, friendly service. Usually very little wait. Nice waiting area with some shopping opportunity for car accessories, cards and coffee. They offer monthly plans for those who keep their car shining. One thing I noticed is that none of these plans offer rubber mat washing which is important in the winter and not easy to do on your own. Have used their services for many years and find none better!
The car wash itself was fine, but the people working there were the opposite of friendly. Walked up to the counter and the cashier (guy with a dog) never said a word to me, just held out his hand, took my credit card, gave it back. He was too busy talking politics with another customer to achknowledge me in any way. Also when my car was done being hand dried, the guys just walked away without letting me know my car was done. Poor service for something as simple as a car wash. I can go to a million other places, wont be coming back here.

Quick but a bit expensive considering that you have to let them take your car in and out and the guys that do that couldn't handle the manual transmission in my car and stalled it several times. They also moved the seat all the way back so when I got in I couldn't even move the car out of the way of other cars coming out and I felt pressured to get out of the way quickly. Unless they offer to give me another chance at a more reasonable rate I won't be back.
