Dont EVER go here the car wash people dont just wash your car they go through your belongings and STEEL them. Shame on you guys hiring with such bad judgement GET BETTER STAFF! will never return.
The technician removed a stripped oil plug, filled the car with oil, replaced the plug with a generic one. The car leaked oil overnight. I took my car to the dealership and now need a new oil pan. $425 repair. I went back this morning to Mobile Lube Express to speak to the manager and get a refund for the service yesterday since it should have been obvious that the generic plug was not going to hold. The technician should have come and told me the issue before filling my car with oil (7 quarts) and given me the option to have my car towed to a place that could retool the oil pan or replace the oil pan. Anyway, no refund was obtained. This is a classic case of get the customer in and out as fast as possible and "not my problem" behavior. Stay away. Take your car somewhere else.

I had an incredible experience. The mechanics were very friendly and helpful. My car was very overdo for an oil change, and they were able to fix the issues quickly and effectively.
