Very rude driver. Dont expect to get your destination on time. Expect at least 2,3 hours late.
Cancels buses without any notification via email or phone, and bus cancellations cant even be seen on the website. Very unreliable.
This is a nice bus stop, the bathroom is way to small and needs cleaning. But it had nice cheap snacks and seats with air conditioning.
I love Peter Pan Lines. So far all my experiences with them have been excellent.
The guy who sits at the Peter Pan Elm Street stop is pretty rude. When I was there a Land Jet bus stopped at the same time I was expecting my bus and I just asked him if this was the one because sometimes they just tie up with others to take passengers. He just yelled at me saying that it is a Landjet bus !!! Having some nice people would have helped. It spoilt my mood for the entire trip. I don't know why it so hard for some people to be nice and specially when you have a customer facing role.
