Unreliable. Frustrating lack of service. Jim came out to do an estimate. Never heard back from him. I followed up with them twice. Still nothing. It was a small job, and it is obvious that they just couldn't be bothered. Here's the thing: small jobs add up. And I would have contracted with them for regular maintenance, so... their loss!
We recently had some HVAC work done, they were accommodating, professional, and super easy to work with. The technician was very knowledgeable as well as friendly. Thank you for a job that exceeded our expectations, we will definitely spread the word.
EMS is by far the most professional organization I have ever dealt with in the heating and cooling field. I have had my boiler and A/C serviced by a local oil company for years and gave David a call when they were stumped. David, Jim and Jeff were extraordinary. They fixed what I was told was a big problem by my oil company and fixed it quickly and efficiently. They work area was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I couldnt have been more pleased. A few weeks later I had an issue with the Air Conditioner during a heat wave. Dave and his crew responded immediatly and quickly found the problem and repaired. I have cancelled all my mechanical contracts with everyone else and signed EMS to do it all. They have consistently exceeded my expecatations. I would highly recommend them.
