Jared was the tech expert from Carmines who visited our condo today. He cleaned our furnace, replaced the filters, and even ran a few tests to make sure the system was performing as it should. Also, Jared was friendly and very knowledgeable. Cant ask for better service, because thats exactly what we got today from Jared at Carmines! Thanks so muchTom Z.

George was amazing!! It took a while to replace the large part that was broken in my system but he was very patient and knew exactly what he was doing and checked all parts of it. When he finished upstairs he then went to the main floor and checked everything there as well. He noticed the heat pump was not working either so he fixed. All in all he is an excellent technician!!!!!
I was very pleased with my first visit from Carmine's for a regular maintenance of my heating system. Paul explained everything thoroughly and was very patient answering my questions, as I am new to heating with gas. I was impressed with his knowledge and caring. The only reason this is not a five star rating is that the window for my visit was 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. and the visit began at 4:30 p.m. While the company did call when the technician was on his way, I would have appreciated a call to let me know he would be late. I do understand that scheduling is difficult. I simply would ask that I be alerted when the schedule has to change.
