I love forever 21 but I had a very annoying experience today. I bought a white sweater for an event Im going to, but then I found some thing a little nicer and I decided to go return it. (No shade) I went and then they asked me for an ID and I only have a school one, but that was at my house. So they couldnt give me my cash back, but instead gave me store credit. And Im very upset and annoyed because I would like my money back so I can save it or spend it for something else!

Top floor looks completely empty. Almost turned around. Overall the store isn't that great anymore.
It has a lot of options. Not very busy or crowded. The store is kept neat and organized. It has a home section which not a lot of 21's have.
The clothing and shoes are pretty good, and they also have great deals in store; however, I don't really see any employees around to help us find things we need.
