My expirence at this location has not been good. I picked the couch I wanted to purchase, paid in full and was told the date it was scheduled to come. Never got a call and the couch never came on that date. As a result I missed a day of work and when I called the location they explained to me that once I had left the store after I had purchased the couch, no one put in my order! Very frustrating. The couch has finally came after weeks of waiting, but I am still missing a part that initially was supposed to come early December and still has not been delivered. I will not be buying from this location again. Awful experience.
Philip was very helpful as we bought our new mattress. Excellent customer service and shopping experience. We shopped around at all of the other furniture stores. Pilgrim Furniture City had the best prices.
Excellent service and great prices. Scott McCarthy made the furniture purchasing seamless and stress free. We actually returned to get a recliner, and increase the size of our sectional as well. Our family and our friends will not go anywhere other than Pilgrim from here on out. Thanks for everything!
It was a pleasure working with Scott- - the store manager. He was knew precisely what I was looking for based on my explanation. He knows where the merchandise is located throughout the entire store. He did not try to sell me something out of my price range. He was not pushy and allowed me time to decide on fabrics for the couch. I highly recommend shopping at this location and especially seeking out Scott for assistance.
Great customer service! Scott was the perfect salesman and store manager. not typical furniture store experience, not pushy, did not follow me around but was available when I was ready for information. No haggling on price, I told him what I wanted to pay and he made it happen the first time. Highly recommend and love the dining set that I purchased!
