WORST COMPANY EVER! Paid over the phone one time, the employees starting running my credit card for random amounts. Called spoke to Fernando and he said, "Sorry the computer makes mistakes" and never gave my money back! NOT TO MENTION THE WASHING MACHINE THEY SOLD ME WAS BROKEN AND RUINED ALL MY CLOTHES, AND THEY NEVER CAME TO FIX IT! Filed a complaint with BBB! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!
Everybody here is rude and disrespectful, dont ever do business with this company.
The first visit we made they told us the price. They told my wife she will get one month for free. When we went to sign the contract it was totally a different final price that we had talked and agreed on. So they told us our payment HAS to be weekly when I specifically told them I can't every week since I get paid every two weeks. So my wife and I have been paying with our cards. One day I called to do my payment and a gentleman picked up and was very rude to me and basically saying I'm dumb and didn't know English. And now they have been calling us non stop and now they tripled the price. I felt unsatisfied with the price and the workers there. I felt discriminated and harassed by this company. In my experience I DON'T recomend them. Please take the time to look around and research comments and actual customers Reviews. The good and the bad. I hope this review helped you.
