I wanted to give them more stars but I really couldn't. Dr. Ciminiello was nice enough though not really attentive to what was bothering me and the level of pain I was experiencing. He just ordered an MRI. That would've been fine but I never heard from him after that. Obviously the MRI was normal but I went there with severe pain and I still have that pain. You would think he would call and follow-up and give me some other options. He did not. I was forgotten after the MRI. So I could only give two stars. The office staff is pleasant. Actually the MRI was not normal. I have a tear. After physical therapy they said they couldnt do anything more to help me. So I limped out of there not knowing what to do.
I highly recommend Dr. Robert Yaghoubian as a hand surgeon for anyone needing this type of medical care. I was referred to him by the New Milford ER after a hand injury in Sept. 2018. Both the Danbury and New Milford offices are excellent. I was very satisfied with his expertise and care.
Today was my 6-week post-surgical appointment following a full knee replacement. At each of my appointments the staff at the New Milford office have been informative, professional, supportive and pleasant. Dr, Mullen's skill and communication are top notch. His assistant, Erin is adept at handling any logistic issue and the PA's are also impressive.
Great group of professionals in every facet of the organization. Very caring group of people that had my total trust and confidence. Doctor Bazos is a great surgeon. and this my second surgery he has undertaken on me. First my knee when other doctors wanted a joint replacement! He saved my knee. That was over 15 years ago. This time it was my shoulder and I'm pain free!
My doctor joined your group last year, he is worth following anywhere. He is very knowledgeable of everything that is going on with me medically, and has been for many years. The office is quite large and the building is new with lovely grounds. I have a long drive to get to my appointments, but it is easier to get to where he is located now than some of the other offices he has had in the area.
