Their optical department and optamologist are awesome. I am getting all my eye check ups and hlasses for many years there. Love them.
I've been going to the store since it opened and then before then when it was a five-story building in Danbury I'm sad to see them go I know their lease is up in a few years and then they will probably be closing their doors I am collecting as many Craftsman tools as I can right now they last a lifetime they're high-quality and much better price then its competitors
They shrunk this Sears to half the original size but mainly it impacted the clothing. The rest of the merchandise, appliances, tools, electronics, optical, car service, etc. pretty much stayed the same. Very clean look and friendly staff, I hope it stays open for many years.
I don't think I've ever given a Sears 4 stars but this one is clean, well stocked and well organized. It appears that they've recently renovated this store because there are all new fixtures, it is partially carpeted and there is a central kiosk so you can order from the website to be delivered to and picked up in the store.
Oil change was quick and efficient. Remember to look online for coupons. He sure to make sure they note all services from the coupon on the work order. I had to bring the tire rotation and battery check to attendant's attention. Was part of my coupon.
