Kohls as a department clothing store and house hold items have great stylish selections. I would perfer to go further to have friendlier service. It seems like there is never someone around when you need them, or they simply ignore you. No greetings at all. The customer service gentleman was rude and seem to be bother by my questions. I would rather take the extra time to visit the Kohls in Brookfield then visit Ridgefield again.
It is a store that one can save a lot of money with their purchases. If you use the coupons and watch the sales, you can leave with a smile on your face like I did. As for the clothing, it runs large and I have to hunt for ladies XS or S.
Clean store. Good sales, but the lines were super long. Also the cashier was nice but so fast that I couldn't keep check of my items to make sure they were ringing up properly. I felt so rushed and didn't realize I was only a 1.06$ away from the 10$ kohls cash and she didn't bother to inform me either. I asked if I could get a water and she did combine the reciept for me..
Clean and neat. Great prices. Would have given a higher rating if I could have gotten some help. That was ridiculous. I asked someone where the shoe section was and it was as if I'd asked for their first born. Maybe the company might try paying people better or choose service reps with manners
It looks like not a lot of people care here. The store looks empty for the most part and doesn't have enough people working so you get get help when you need. Could use a little cleaning to. Not my favorite Kohls but certainly not the worst.
