Honestly; today was a long day for me. Having to hike all the way to Danbury Mall after a long day at work in Stamford and a 1.5hr commute to go get my Tux fitted wasn't something I was really looking forward to. But absolutely blown away by the service! Max, absolutely brilliant clerk there! Kudos!! I ended up having a great experience. Made me feel at ease (I'm not a suit guy), really calm and pleasant. There were a couple of issues with the suit. Pants were to short and the jacket sleeves were too long, but honestly, at that point, it didn't phase me. Max took care of it all right there and then. We tried the suit out after the corrections and it looked great! He's honestly the reason I'm writing this review. Some places you go to the clerks can be very sullen and dry, but Max took pride in what he did, he was delight to work with and I felt better leaving this store than I did walking into it. Thank You!

I rented a suit for my 9 year old son for my nephews wedding. I am so disappointed in the pants. The hem is over 6 inches and you can see the stitch line through the pants. I immediately brought my concern to the salesmans attention. He said just lets try them on and see if they fit, then someone would fix it. The salesman took the pants in the back, ironed them and nothing changed. The belt my son was given went around about 3/4 of his waist. When I said the belt was the wrong size one of the salesman said, oh we dont have his size. Ummm are you kidding me? So they were just giving me a belt that didnt fit in hopes that I wouldnt notice until it was too late. Lastly, many kids have a wide shoe size, I highly recommend carrying some wide sizes. Shame on you Mens Warehouse. You should have informed me that you couldnt fill the order correctly, so I could have gone somewhere else. At this point it is too late. The wedding is tomorrow. Can anything be done about these pants?
