Love this place!
Staff could care less that online corporate screwed up an order. Wants to charge you extra to fix issue 'because you have to come to the store'. Who are they kidding? Starting to look at OTHER carriers...Sprint you are about to lose a 10+ yr customer.
Excellent service from store staff and management. Vinet went above and beyond to help me out with my issue... If you guys read this, thanks a lot!!!
Only want the worst for their customers. The other Sprint stores have never been as bad as this "corporate" store. Me and my familia went here for an upgrade and got ripped off by the manager who put extra lines on my account. Refused to take responsibility for lying about it. Only go here if you are NOT buying a phone from them. In fact if you're mad just go there and yell. *angry face*
A big thank you to Brian (I think, sorry if it's not)A bit of a backstory on here. I ordered these phones online like a day before a birthday party because I am a procrastinator and don't have my life together. And it said I can pick up in store same day, and I'm over here like f*** yeah! So I arrange it to be picked up by 7. Anyway, North street construction had be running late. I could SEE the store, but couldn't get there. Anyways, I call to tel them I'm still coming, and FML, they're under construction and are closed and the sprint website shouldn't have even offered that store as a pick up. So I'm like dang, ok, I'll call spring and move the orderApparently this is like the hardest thing in the world. I imagine negotiating with North Korea to be easier. Seven departments, three supervisors, no one can change the pick up location. They're saying they have to cancel the order, refund my money to my card, and create a new order. Here's the catch, the refund wouldn't hit my account same day. So I'd have to wait for an eternity to get my money back to pay the EXACT SAME AMOUNT. So, at this point, I'm in tears because I'm an emotional mess and literally can't even when things don't go my way. At least I can admit my own faults So, some guy, I feel like his name was Jose, finally gets ballsy and calls the north street store. And he's like ahhhh, they're closed. And I'm like ...right...So, apparently he merged the calls or something-Idk the logistics on this tbh. And this friggen ANGEL comes on the phone (this is Brian) and he's like yeah we're totally not open at all, but I'll let you in tomorrow when we're more towards being fully open and I'll get your phones. Me ::crying still:: THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOUAnd then, the next morning I go to sprint with my two feral children (sorry again Brian) and try to get them to behave inside a sprint store that isn't even fully functional. Ugh, it was like telling someone not to think about elephants. They were touching stuff and not sitting still and being regular kids- but in a high stress situation that I created only in my head, they were awful lolAnyway, Brian, you're the real MVP. I owe you my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
