Great safe location with friendly helpful staff!
This place is cleanest and most secure storage facility you will ever find. The complex is fairly new and I was so happy I found them when I did (back in 2017) since I was able to get 2 temperature controlled units and parking for my oversized vehicle. The employees are super friendly and professional. especially Monica! They are open to feedback and always willing the consider special accommodations.
While I was moving out using a 26 foot truck the owner stopped by and chatted for about twenty minutes. He asked me to clean out the unit and if I wanted to end the lease. The first of which I agreed to but felt I might need the storage space for other items. After our conversation, he left CLOSING and LOCKING the truck exit. Which I discovered one following the exit signs. He essentially chatted with me pleasantly and then created a situation in which I needed to execute a k turn and exit through a very narrow entrance.Long story short this con man filed a claim against me for property damage. The facility is clean and new but frankly there are better facilities, competitively priced, where there is maneuvering room for trucks.
Going into the self storage units was akin to a entering a state of the art important building like one that would house corporate office headquarters. Cool and comfortable, with LED motion lights illuminating your path to selected storage space, was not only indicative of safe storage of belongings, but personal safety as well. The units were new, clean, the doors were so easy to open and close. I wish the owners best of luck with this new and upstage storage center.
