I don't understand the bad reviews either. I've been coming here for years! The staff are very friendly, helpful and try to get you the best price they can. Infact, although there are several places closer than here to me, I go here all the time to have packages sent out for me.
I don't understand the bad reviews. This place is great and it always saves me the hassle of going to the main post office. Friendly staff who have always been fair with trying to get me the cheapest price. Plus they offer a lot more than just mail. People are complaining about delivery times but once the package leaves the store, it's not something they can control. Blame the mail system, not the business!

Lied to me about delivery. I needed it delivered on a Monday and he guaranteed it would arrive by 3:00 express delivery. Never happened. Checked on tracking and it arrived at the main post office the following day (Tuesday). Still waiting for delivery. Prices were no different than FedEx, but delivery far, far inferior. Stay away!
