How come CASS-Precision Security told the police to drive everyone at the Welcome Center overnights including the mentally ill/dying onto the streets until they get lost and/or can't walk any further because of medical conditons who don't use CASS services (who refuse to be extorted/yet again), yet, when newly homeless arrive for sheltering CASS-Precision Security tells them that they have to wait at the center until 9:00 PM for CASS-Precision Security to announce if there are any bed openings (which typically is two men & two women at the most) irrespective of having an income/willingness to use/using their services, and when there are no bed openings/insufficient bed openings where do they go, and how is this supposed to help or motivate any homeless who knows how dangerous CASS services are, especially to the homeless related to/connected with any authorities? A woman years back said she was related to/connected with someone at an attorney general's office and she disappeared because CASS-Precision Security kept throwing her out with no provocation/cause. And she's just one example.And why do they spread the propaganda that they're catching said homeless at food stamp fraud, for instance, and everyone who doesn't participate will be charged with/sued for interference when said homeless don't even get food stamps? At North 17 Apartments they repeatedly tried to get a formerly homeless woman housed there by CASS services to buy non food items with non existent food stamps. Etc.
