The beach is made entirely out of stones. It is profoundly uncomfortable to walk on barefoot.

Its not the Park where I grew up in. A different culture there now. It use to be where locals would enjoy time spent with Family and Friends. People were pleasant courteous and kind.
Town park in Danbury that is has beach on candlewood lake. It has a small park for kids and changing rooms for the beach as well. During the summer months you may have to pay admission to enter the park on certain days. However, if you live in Danbury, admission is free if you show them ID.
