This has to be the biggest TAX SUCKING office. This place is TERRIBLE my tax dollars go to these USELESS workers who DONT GET ANYTHING DONE a Complete WASTE OF TIME. Have to drive ALL the way down to from Danbury to Waterbury because these CLOWNS at the danbury office cant resolve ANYTHING.
Disgraceful system. You can't reach a person and can only get generic auto-responses. I work for a construction company with seasonal layoffs and almost all of our laid off employees have issues with the system. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to reach anybody and the online system is ancient and obsolete. Whoever is responsible for running this should be fired immediately and replaced with someone competent. It's not fair to people who need the help.
Terrible, the call center wont accept calls, the website is telling me to use the call center, absolute nightmare.
