Clean facility, but they recently raised their charges for the washing machines.
Although we like the place.. it's the cleanest place around and the owners are nice people... I am very confused why there has been no hot water here for over a month now... and no signs stating to customers that this is the case. Can only imagine the amount of money they are saving by doing this. They really should put signs up stating there is no hot water. My clothes have been not washing properly especially my whites and towels load. About to find a new place to do laundry which I would rather not because again we like this place.. it's local to New Fairfield area, clean and friendly. But this is really making me start to question being a return customer.
Machines are ALWAYS broken and have been broken for a while. The price difference for each kind of machine is a little suspect, overall I hate coming here but have no choice. If there was somewhere closer I'd be there in a heartbeat.
This place was nice 5+ years ago. Now lots of machines are out of order. It's impossible to reach anyone if a machine breaks with your clothing in it. Today was the last straw. I did four loads of laundry before discovering this sign in the back of the store. No hot water. I'll call the number posted for a refund. Franklin Neves very misleading putting the sign in the back of the store. It should be on the front door so people can choose to go elsewhere.
Clean and pleasant, easy to use machines . Good layout . They have giant size machines available for big bulky loads such as pillows and comforters...that we required to remove all traces of a visiting cat' s revenge at our house.Our after laundry dinner at Mysore Palace a good Indian restaurant that is in the same strip mall made for an above average laundry experience to complete our reluctant " do it yourself" effort. I recommend the extra rinse cycle option and for heavy soil you also have an extra wash option on the Big Machines. These extra options cost more but worth it. Did not try their laundry service...no one was on duty to inquire in office.
