Jonathan in your flooring department was extremely friendly, welcoming and knew what he was talking about!! We had a terrible experience at the Home Depot and my wife decided to take us to Lowes. As a customer, I have never felt more appreciated and was content with the entire process of purchasing my carpet from A to Z. He made us feel like family and because of this single experience, I will be a Lowes customer for life!
We bought a home generator through Lowes 4 months ago and were told it would be delivered and installed within 6 weeks by their lying sales rep Brett R. We have been waiting with little to no response from them and have already paid our plumber and electrician to do the work following the generator installation. I can not recommend highly enough to use anyone other than Lowes to purchase any big ticket items from. We are slowly renovating our house and will not use them for window replacements, appliance upgrades or anything. They do cheap stuff quite well, but anything beyond a screwdriver or a cheap piece of plywood, stay away!!!
Once we found a person to help us, it was great. We had to get a fridge. Denise was our sales person and she was the best. Very helpful and great personality. Thank you Denise for helping us with our purchase.
