Cozy, family atmosphere. No better place to get beautiful flowers & accessories
Ordered flowers for a close family friend and business associates wake. Went on their website and picked out a spray called a Magnificent Life called and ordered a larger one then what was on the website cost with delivery $225. I cannot even explain how infuriated and embarrassed I was when I saw the flowers that they sent. It was supposed to be a large full spray with roses and many other flowers instead it looked sparse and filled in with cheap carnations. Wish I could post pictures to show what I ordered and what was actually sent.

My husband called and ordered flowers for me for our 25th wedding anniversary. The gentleman who answered the phone assured him that the flowers would be delivered at 1 o'clock that same day. The flowers were never delivered. When my husband called they said that the wrong date was written down.They were sorry for not sending the flowers and offered to send the flowers the day after our anniversary. My husband said no and asked for a refund, which they did. They offered no consolation. It would have been nice if they had offered us a percentage off the next time we bought flowers. I guess they weren't THAT sorry. Guess we'll stick with 1800-FLOWERS :(
