Horrible. I brought my truck in to get looked at regarding a loud noise when I turn. $650.00 later when I picked the truck up the noise was still there. Also, I was told that my odometer didn't work and that my seat did not move. The odometer DID work and my seat DID move. On my receipt it stated "work is not guaranteed". When I returned the next business day, the manager quickly pointed out what the receipt says, offered no solution and said I would need to leave my truck overnight to have the problem corrected. BAD, BAD, BAD!!!!
A very pleasant atmosphere. The manager was a pleasure to deal with. Went in for an oil change and walked away extremely pleased.
Brought my company vehicle there for an electrical problem. The 1st time they replaced the front speed control switch & the molded plug that overheated. They stated that if it happens again that there is a deeper electrical problem. About 6 weeks later the fan stopped working again. This time they ran larger gage conductors & put an inline fuse so if it heated up again the fuse would blow instead of the switch overheating again. This time they installed a remote switch below the main part of the dashboard & hooked it up direct to a 12V supply. That means when you shutdown the vehicle if you forget to turn the the fan off it will run all night & kill the battery. The worst part was I wasnt informed that this alternative method was going be done. If I knew I would of put a stop to it & pulled the vehicle out. When I picked up the vehicle the dashboard had been cut to accommodate the new switch & it was a very rough cut. The switch was exposed & wires not even soldered just wrapped around the terminal. I refused to take the vehicle. They installed a new switch & by the time I drove 4 miles it started to smoke & overheat. I specifically asked them if the problem was over their head & they assured me that they could handle it. I took the vehicle to a shop that that does nothing but automotive electrical & they couldnt believe the work that was done. When I called the owner he gave me 30% off the bill. I wanted more but he stated that I made changes & he didnt charge me.The changes I requested needed to be done for a safe connection. On 12/13/18 I brought my company vehicle in for service & they uncovered more horrible electrical work done by macs. Wires where the insulation was cut open to test for voltage & never taped up. If you have the proper tester you can poke through the insulation to test. Wires were touching each other & arcing. Please do yourself a favor dont let these people touch your vehicle. As an electrician for over 40 years this is the most horrific work Ive ever seen.
The technician who did my oil change was quick and courteous. Extremely knowledgable about my vehicles maintenance schedule and needs. Would highly recommend and will be coming back.
This place is excellent. They are fair and honest about what your car really needs. They don't try to perform "repairs" that are not needed. I have been taking our cars here for years and they have always done a perfect job. Try them, in this day and age, you won't find a better place.
