Horrible experience with teller very discriminating actions from her I would never recommend this location to anyone
In general I was happy with BA. But this particular person should not be serving customers. Thats a short hair, glasses lady. I have a feeling that she has issues with foreigners. I could observe how she treats other customers; hello/ thank you/ please. I only get her miserable face and yes/ no treatment. Im consider changing a bank cause if that lady. BA improve your customer service or customer will leave just like me.Ps. I was withdrawing a bigger amount of money , I asked her where I could count it, she said here by her station. This was strange as usually I was offered a room and some privacy. It was uncomfortable as I had to count this cash in front of all the customers in the brunch! Very uncomfortable, and you never know who is watching .

I do my daily banking business at this branch coz it's just two mins away from my home .but Today I thank the good Lord that I respect the elderly .. I had an appointment for 9.30 am , I arrive 4 mins earlier .am walking in passing the tellers to go sit down .omg this lady shouts WHERE ARE GOING !!! Like am carry any AK 47 . I have come to robber the bank .. in shock . About what's going on . I replied I have an appointment .. I felt so disrepected as a valued customers . they didn't even bother to apologize for their action .. I don't wanna bring my Colour of skin . Coz what there did . It doesn't matter what Colour of skin person is .. bank America is for everyone and everyone should be treated the same ..
After a long wait online they "claimed" their cash advance machine wasn't working... I'm not their client...
